expertise, Sam offers profound knowledge, intricate transactional involvement, deep-rooted relationships, and extensive experience in legal and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Madison, Sam was Vice President and Counsel for Stewart Title's National Title Service department, where he was one of the company's Senior Underwriting Counsels with nationwide authority. Before that, he spent eight years as Assistant Vice President and National Commercial Counsel at Chicago Title's national business unit in New York City. Currently, Sam serves on the Stewart Board of Advisors for National Agents.
Originally from Canada, Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
