Michael L. Donini, Esq.

Michael L. Donini, Esq. is Senior Counsel within the Office of the General Counsel at Madison Title. With over 25 years of experience at Madison, Michael has played a pivotal role in overseeing underwriting activities and providing expert legal opinions on complex real estate transactions. His extensive background in underwriting, risk assessment, and strategic partnerships makes him an invaluable asset to the company.

Before joining Madison, Michael was Vice President, Special Projects for New Jersey Title Insurance Company, where he led efforts in underwriting, risk management, and the development of alliances with mortgage lenders. Michael also has a strong foundation in private law practice, where he focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use, and business law.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is licensed as a Title Insurance Producer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Michael has also contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor in the Business Studies Department of Ocean County College and has served as a guest lecturer for Lorman and ICLE educational programs.
