Louis Weinberg, Esq. serves as Vice President and Counsel at Madison Title. Lou's extensive real
estate background guides his clients through a seamless process as he monitors every detail of
each transaction, culminating in a smooth closing. Prior to joining Madison, Lou spent over five
years as Senior Vice President and Counsel for Liberty Title Agency and 18 years as Legal Counsel
for North Shore Abstract in Great Neck, NY.
Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida as well as a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He has been involved in several charitable and not-for-profit organizations and served as President of the Foundation for Supporters of the Disabled (FSD). Additionally, Lou sat on the Board of Directors of PSCH (Promoting Specialized Care and Health), now known as WellLife Network.
