Larry E. Freeman, Esq.

Larry E. Freeman is a key member of the Office of the General Counsel at Madison Title, where he brings over two decades of legal expertise and deep knowledge of real estate transactions and title insurance. Larry provides valuable counsel on complex legal matters, ensuring that Madison Title maintains its rigorous standards of compliance and client service.

In his role, Larry draws upon his experience in real estate closings, working with underwriters, and compliance in the title sphere to help navigate the firm's most significant accounts, oversee the review of closing documents, escrow agreements, and vendor contracts, and guide the company's legal strategies.

Larry began his career as an Associate Attorney at Franco & Associates, where he managed large- scale real estate accounts, coordinated closing operations statewide, and served as an authorized agent for Stewart Title, Chicago Title, and First American Title Insurance Companies.

Larry earned his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law and is an active member of the New Jersey and Connecticut State Bars.
