James H. Lee, Esq. has been Senior Commercial Counsel for Madison Title for over twenty five years. As
part of his daily responsibilities, James clears complex commercial title issues, oversees
underwriting activities, and manages large, high-profile commercial transactions in New York.
James was formerly with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, where he was a claims attorney specializing in complex title claims and related legal work. He began his legal career at Wingate & Cullen in Melville, New York, where he performed extensive legal research, assisted in litigation, drafted legal documents, and represented lenders in commercial and residential real estate closings.
Admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey, James earned his Bachelor of Arts at Baruch College and his Juris Doctor at Rutgers School of
