For nearly three decades, Itche Rosenbaum has been at the forefront of real estate services innovation. Starting with the founding of Madison Title in 1998, and quickly expanding to include sister companies Madison SPECS, Madison 1031, LPRD and more, Itche consistently prioritized client-focused growth.

Today, Itche leads hundreds of employees across multiple disciplines in real estate and related industries. He is a true leader, demonstrating the core Madison mission of service, excellence, and dedication. Within the real estate community and beyond, Itche is respected by clients and peers for his integrity, his real estate acumen, and his constant giving back to employees and community.

As the President of all Madison companies, Itche and his teams provide a wealth of financial, tax and management services that anticipate and fulfill the needs of the commercial real estate market with the highest quality, expertise, accuracy, reliability and integrity.

Itche currently lives in New Jersey, where he is active within the community. He earned his Masters degree at Beth Medrash Govoha. As a proud father and grandfather, Itche enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.
