David Mineo

David serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Madison Title, where he is responsible for overseeing the compliance of all of Madison Title's operations, from underwriting to cybersecurity. He brings more than thirty years of experience in the title insurance field to his role. As Chief Compliance Officer, David works closely with senior leadership, setting compliance policies, conducting security testing, and monitoring the overall health of the title insurance process.

David, a noted expert in both underwriting and related legal matters, is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association, having served in various capacities since 2001. David is also deeply committed to serving others, a passion that he put into action though his tenure as Chairman of the Erie County Board of Ethics. At Madison Title, David channels this drive by working together with senior leadership to perfect the Madison client experience.

David, a highly sought-after public speaker, has had engagements across the country. He's lectured since 1995, helping others stay current on evolving industry trends. As a subject matter expert with a broad range of knowledge covering many topics, he's been called upon to speak for a wide variety of audiences. He brings his varied knowledge to the table for Madison clients, giving them the peace of mind they seek for their transactions.
