Additionally, he oversees financial planning, reporting systems, and the treasury and audit departments.

Charles holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Rutgers University. His prior tenure at Ernst & Young, LLP equipped him with extensive experience in tax structures for multi-state companies and audits for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
