Ahuva Saposh is the Chief Compliance Officer for Madison Title Agency. Mrs. Saposh is responsible for ensuring that Madison is in compliance with the rules and regulations of government and real estate regulatory agencies. Mrs. Saposh developed and maintains policies and procedures to be in full compliance with the American Land Title Association’s Best Practices. A knowledgeable expert in the guidelines set forth by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Mrs. Saposh stays abreast of the current government guidelines and industry recommendation for the security of Madison clients and safety of each transaction. Mrs. Saposh and the Compliance Department conduct an independent review and evaluation of every residential transaction prior to closing to ensure that compliance concerns are met according to the lender's specifications.
Prior to joining Madison, Mrs. Saposh worked for Loeb and Troper, LLP, a firm providing tax and consulting services, as a Senior Auditor focusing on audits and tax planning for health care, not-for-profit and special needs organizations. In this position, she helped these organizations fulfill their missions and successfully address their unique regulatory, financial and compliance demands. Mrs. Saposh graduated Summa Cum Laude from Touro College with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting.
